the ceramic components for the pump module have been designed to last for millions of repetition without
wear.preventative maintenance includes careful handing of the piston ,value and cylinder housing when
they have been removed from the pump module .always take care when remove
each piston valve and cylinder are serialized and must alawys be reassembled as a matched set.never
clean in such a way that the ceramics can vibrate against each other or chipping and scratching may
result.
Visually inspect lamps weekly for external hazing ,saggage or any unusual characteristics
.clean u.v lamps whit denatured alcohol or acetone every two weeks or as needed .fingerprints
must be remove as they may eventually cause lamp failure.
Reflective and clean as needed .reflective sheeting may be cleaned with any non-abrasive detergent or cleaner .acetone or alcohol may be used for difficult areas. Wipe and polish with a clean cloth.
To maintain optimum curing it is recommended the reflective sheeting be replaced
Yearly or 2,080 hours of running whichever coms first.
